It seems blindingly obvious that the natural locale for a spa complex aimed at tourists would be next door to another year-round tourist attraction instead of at the other end of a windswept walk. This fallow parking lot, once the home of Exhibition Stadium, is close to the accommodation, transit (including the Ontario Line, when it opens in 2030), and all the other amenities at the CNE — the trade shows, the Midway, the Coca-Cola Centre, BMO Field, etc.
